Return Policy

At Totally For You your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, pleasecontact us. Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Please read the procedure below. Refunds may not be issued if returns are not shipped properly.

Return Conditions

All returns must be pre-approved by Totally For You, pleasecontact us for approval.  In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To ensure the quality of our products, we cannot accept items that have been opened, unless the product is damaged or defective. If the product is damaged or defective, please refer to the Damaged Items section. 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear and tear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the defective item. Please provide, a photo of the damaged product, for an efficient service.

Incorrect Item Received

If you receive a different product, pleasecontact us within 48 hours after reception, with a photo of the incorrect item, we will help you resolve any issue.

Exchanges
